Jofre Alsina
Jofre comes from Barcelona, where he gained a BA Hons. in Physical Theatre at the Spanish Institut del Teatre. In London he studied drama at Rose Bruford College where he further developed his skills with the piano and the double bass. He graduated in 2009 with a BA Hons in Actor-Musicianship.
During training, Jofre played Papa Gonzalez in Summer And Smoke, Duke Frederick in As You Like It and the MD & Mayor in Moll Flanders at the New Players Theatre.
Jofre's credits include: Nicobobinus (Dumbwise and Red Ladder), Sea Fever (Dumbwise), The Man Who Stole The Circus (Iris Theatre), Dick Whittington (New Wolsey Theatre), Brazil – Project Dreams and The Red Shoes (Secret Cinema), Alice Through The Looking Glass (5 Hertford Street), In The Beginning Was The End (site specific at Somerset House for Dreamthinkspeak), Gulliver’s Travels (TNT European Tour), Faust (DumbWise), Sleeping Beauty (Birmingham Repertory Theatre), The Wind In The Willows (Derby Theatre), and A Christmas Carol (King’s Head Theatre).
